Official Gmail Blog: Default https access for Gmail

Official Gmail Blog: Default https access for Gmail

Another security update and advice on using https on your gmail and the benefits of changing the settings to enable additional security for all your private/business mail.

I have tested this facility over the past 12 months and find that using it together with google labs features you will be able to make your site more user friendly.

This facility enables changes to how emails that are received can be easily protected from prying eyes and together with GMAILS latest features you can make searching your mail even easier.

More soon on the pluses and minus of gmail in my next posts.

Kindest Regards,

Ian Draper

FACEBOOK CLEANS UP ACT

At long last it is great to see that another social media site has taken action against malware on behalf of their consumers. Oh yes it will cost anyone taking up the software, but it is important that any rogue computers using this to infect others will be made to clean-up their act.

Well done Facebook and will be watching progress.
